Return Policy

We will exchange or refund defective merchandise due to manufacturer defect within 14 days of your receipt of the product. After 14 days, customer needs to contact the manufacturer directly for any warranty service. Once the product is returned in satisfactory condition, we will gladly credit your account. All shipping and handling costs are non refundable. The item(s) must reach us in a sellable condition. Packages returned C.O.D. will not be accepted.

When returning an item, please indicate the reason(s) for the return. We will issue a return authorization number to make your return. No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number. Upon receipt of the product, we will issue a credit to your credit card or resend the merchandise, whichever you prefer.
